SPOT products differ by pixel size (ground sample distance
of 2.5 m, 5 m, 10 m or 20 m) and spectral acquisition mode (black and
white or colour).
They correspond to:
- a view of part of the Earth taken in one or more spectral bands with a given spatial resolution;
- or the merging of two separate images acquired at the same time, one being in black and white and the other, colour.
